Writers and Horse Time

Amuse the Muse through the way of the horse

A one-day, guided experiential learning workshop

Why horses?
As highly-attuned prey animals they live in the moment, aware of their surroundings at all times. Interacting with horses helps us tune in to our own awareness; to be in the moment and able to direct our energies as we need them … this includes conjuring our creative magic.

Writers and Horse Time is an experiential learning workshop designed to help wordsmiths get out of their heads and into their hearts through the way of the horse.

Explore:
how to access the heart of your creative intention
how to improve your powers of observation
the value of living in the moment and doing it mindfully
creative energy ~ how we use it or even squander it, and how to nurture that magical force so it can do its job … create!
how to step boldly beyond creative comfort zones with a better understanding of self-imposed limitations
how to access emotions as information and interpret their messages (for you and your characters!)
how the power of intention can create positive outcomes in the creative life, as well as life in general.

Workshop includes journaling opportunities to get those creative juices flowing.
Materials will be provided.
